The article investigates E-Procurement performance on supply chain management in the county of Elgeyo Marakwet. The research objectives were to establish the impact of e-tendering on the management of supply chain, establish the impact of e-invoicing on supply chain management, and establish the effect of e-payment on the management of supply chain. The researchers studied the theoretical framework, which consists of The Institutional Theory, Socio-Economic Theory, Principal-Agent Theory, and the Theory of Cognitive Dissonance. The descriptive survey design method is used for the collection of data. The authors' authority and their background were not mentioned in writing.

The study applied questionnaires and schedules of interviews for primary data collection. The questionnaire in use was a structured one, with close-ended questions and open-ended ones. It is meant to elicit specific responses for both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Using both types of questions was a strategy to extract as much information as possible. The study audience intended was employees in the public sector. The audience was befitting because employees in the public sector come in contact with e-procurement frequently. The study was limited because the size of the sample should have been bigger so that the outcomes could be easily generalized. The study's significance cannot be overstated because e-invoicing has a great impact on the operations of the company. E-invoicing has become popular because it reduces the payment time, protects data more securely,...…and close-ended questions. The approach was meant to help to obtain the most amount of information from the respondents. The author's background was not mentioned clearly. The article authors concentrated on theoretical backgrounds, such as Technology Acceptance Theory, Innovation Diffusion Theory, Logistics Theory, and Transaction Cost Theory.

The staff at various levels of management at KCB was the intended audience. The audience was suitable because various firms use electronic procurement to raise the efficiency of the supply management function and cut down on costs. The study limitations were identified about collecting data and the reluctance to provide information by the respondents. The study was important because it aimed to establish the level to which respondents agreed with the e-tendering statements and performance. The outcomes produced information that is useful about e-tendering, e-information, and e-sourcing.
