In principle, there is no moral rule being broken by two consenting people of sexually mature age having a sexual relationship. However, there are undisputed moral rules being violated when any person tries to use another person or purposely misrepresents the truth for the express purpose of convincing another person to give away something that person would not consent to give away if the truth were known.
