My career goal and objective is to become a chartered accountant. In the United States, UK and other countries of the world, professional accountant is one of the most sought professionals in the world. Virtually all small, medium and large organizations require a professional accountant to prepare their financial data and cost accounting structure. A professional accountant assists firms to use appropriate strategy to cut costs in order to achieve a competitive market advantages. Without the service of professional accountant, many organizations will run at a loss. Pursing a professional accounting career will assist me to achieve rapid growth in my career choice.

Accounting profession is a rewarding profession that will assist me to achieve a rapid growth. My bachelor degree in accounting will assist me to move into a management position in many companies and work as a management accountant. A management accountant is also cost accountant in middle and large companies. A first -- year cost accountant in a large company is expected to receive a salary of between $43,000 and $53,000 per year. However, within three to five years of working experience in accounting profession, I will be able to reach a position of financial controller of a large company where I would be able to earn between $72,000 and $99,950 per year.

Working with the government will make me to become a certified public accountant (CPA). In a private or government organization, I could start working as an auditor or staff accountant earning between $52,950 and $65,000. With 5 to 10 years of working experience, I will be earning a salary ranging between $92,000 and $126,000 per year.
I could also move into finance positions as a professional accountant. As a financial accountant, I will be able to assist companies to assess risks in order to comply with the government regulations. As a financial analyst, I could become a portfolio or fund manager earning a yearly income of $74,500 within 5 years.

The strategic that I will use to manage my career management is to develop my skills in order to achieve my career goals and objectives. The best career management strategy is to finish my accounting degree. Finishing my accounting degree will assist me to achieve my career goal. After finishing my first degree, I will register for a profession accounting exam to become a certified accountant. After working for some years and acquire two or 3 years of working experience, I will further my education to obtain my Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) to reach a managerial position in a big organization.
