The Impact of Faith-Based Community Programs on the Well-being of At-Risk Youth
Abstract
This qualitative study aims to explore the role of faith-based community programs in promoting the well-being and resilience of at-risk youth. Drawing on a biblical perspective, this research investigates the experiences and perceptions of program participants, organizers, and community members. The study will employ a phenomenological approach, incorporating in-depth interviews, focus groups, and participant observations. Data will be analyzed using thematic analysis, with validity and reliability ensured through triangulation and member checking.
Introduction
The study will explore the impact of faith-based community programs on the well-being of at-risk youth, emphasizing the role of spirituality and Christian values in promoting resilience and positive development. The research problem lies in the potential of faith-based initiatives to address social, emotional, and spiritual challenges faced by vulnerable young people. The scriptural basis of this project is: "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers." (Galatians 6:9-10). This quote emphasizes the importance of doing good works and helping others, particularly those within the community of believers, which aligns with the goals of faith-based community programs in supporting at-risk youth (Gordon, 2022).

Faith and God in Elie Wiesel's Night Elie Wiesel's Night is a dramatic autobiographical novel that vividly describes the unimaginable horrors of the Holocaust. Words do not make justice to what happened in German concentration camps, but if one is to see a glimpse of it in a written novel, the writings of Wiesel are the place to look for it. Wiesel describes in vivid details the sheer cruelty and absolute
Faith vs. Tradition This paper addresses the lecture on faith Vs tradition. It shows how many traditions are mistaken for faith and thus followed. It also sheds light on how these ideas have gone to twist the Muslim faith and look at Islam as an oppressor religion. The paper discuses the lecture and several other resources regarding the same topic. The confusion between faith and tradition is common in many religions. Islam
