Generally, group outings and activities are the main events that the Fairmont Hotel and Resort looks forward for the delivery of their services. Hence, family groups, student groups, company groups, and tourists, are the expected customers of the hotel and resort. To be able to attract them to try the services of the hotel and resort, advertising strategies and planning is being considered by the management. Included in which is the promotion and advertisement of the different facilities of the Fairmont Hotel, showing to potential customers how it is unique...

Thus, one strategy that it will implement is to gather information on what characteristics and features in the hotel and resort industry do potential customers may want from Fairmont. Aside from the good facilities and services that Fairmont will provide, knowing that families and group of people desire for different entertainment and sport facilities, as well as dining facilities, the hotel and resort will similarly offer different promotional benefits for its customers. Such includes discounts and free items.
