If this move does occur for the displaced resident, then the family, the resident and all of the resident's nurses, doctors, and other staff will be informed of the move. The move will only be temporary as the room is remodeled. It is not anticipated that any resident who leaves this facility will be away more than six months. This is just a temporary evacuation plan that will be initiated as the facility is being repaired over the next few weeks.
If a family wishes to remove their loved from the facility to go home during the remodel, they must obtain permission from nursing home administrator. This is a possible option for the resident, however, changes or adjustment in the monthly fees will not apply.
