The Colorado division of child welfare shall opt for a more facilitated and properly administered organizational structure as this would enable the management to work in a more effective and efficient manner. (Policy Studies Inc., & American Humane, 2009)
The Colorado division of child welfare shall also work on properly assigning the responsibilities to the staff members on the basis of their functionality, position, skill and abilities. In addition to that, Colorado division of child welfare shall also work on the communication gap that prevails in the organization and shall facilitate communication between the staff and shall explicitly state the operational boundaries. The Colorado division of child welfare shall also use performance appraisals and rewards to boost the morale of the employees and shall clearly state the value proposition of the customers, the management and the organization to the employees. (Policy Studies Inc., & American Humane, 2009)
In addition to that, the Colorado division of child welfare shall try to communicate its strategies and policies to the front line employees in an effective manner. This communication would enable the organization to motivate its employees to perform well and to adhere to the mission and vision of the organization in a better way. For the motivation of employees the organization shall also opt for outcomes-based performance measurement program as such a program will trigger the employees to give their best possible outcomes. (Policy Studies Inc., & American Humane, 2009)
