It is vital that a company has an appropriate system, and the requisite software applications which would enable it and its employees to conduct its daily tasks. The employees chosen for this research are human resource officer, customer support executive, and the accountant.

The human resource officer is charged with the management of all employee affairs within the company. he/she handles appointment of new employees, conducts interviews, conducts employee appraisals, and is also charged with employee termination. The human resource officer would make use of a balanced score card system to follow up on the progress of each employee, and also to provide feedback to the management...

The human resource employee would need to have each employee's details including previous employment records, recommendation letters, employee salaries, and emergency contacts. The human resource officer will also need to have an employee's medical history. An information system will cannot fully replace the human resource officer, as some of the roles they perform need a human touch, and the balanced score card system may not be as human as possible. The information system will only compliment their work and make it much easier.
The customer service executive handles all initial inquiries from customers and potential customers. The customer service executive is also charged with following up with the relevant departments to ensure that a customers query is handled quickly.
