Educational Program Needs and expectations of the stakeholders in the project

This Far West education program has a variety of stakeholders bearing that it is directed towards not only impacting the English speaking ability among the immigrant population, but also equipping them with prerequisite skills and material like books and other support to ensure the people involved in the program benefit to the maximum. The stakeholders involved here are categorized as the sponsors, teachers, students, staff members, the community within which the project is to be established as well as the management that will oversee the implementation of the project.

There are varied needs that the stakeholders would have in the course of the project. These expectations widely influence running of every program and this will not be an exemption. The One of the very significant expectations of the stakeholders is the proof of transparency and fairness of the program. The stakeholders would also like to know that the program is effective in the increasing of the education levels among the target group, that the program is running smoothly and most of all that it is achieving the goals that it was meant for.

The stakeholders will also need a frequent evaluation and reevaluation of the program to ascertain the position and see what needs change, or improvements. Bearing the fact that this is an education program, the stakeholders will also need to know and ascertain the qualifications of the people engaged in the program. They will also want to know if these teachers involved are current with the trends in education particularly for the immigrant population. The stakeholders will...

The responsible people will have to conduct the requirements of the program in a manner that is transparent and meets the expectations of the funding bodies. There will have to be instituted systems that will ensure there are regular assessments of the effects of the program on the concerned people who are supposed to benefit from the program. There will be employment of qualified people in the positions that will be available within the program.
The community is yet another significant stakeholder in this education program since they are the ones who will directly benefit from the education of both the adults as well as the younger population still in school. The program will therefore have to be conducted in a manner that is in line with the understanding of the community in order to benefit them all.

The management of the program will also have to manage the program in a manner that satisfies the teachers and other employees within the organization. It will be important that the employees within feel satisfied and see the relevance of the program for it to have relevance within this community.
