DREAM JOB CHOICES
Healthcare Administrator Role
Healthcare Administration: Dream Job Choices

Both jobs involve overseeing the operations of facilities that focus on providing daily care to people with health issues. The primary difference is that nursing homes provide skilled nursing services to adults requiring a wide range of health services, while assisted living facilities assist people requiring daily care to a relatively smaller extent (National Institute on Aging, 2017).
Generally, the main responsibility of a nursing home or assisted living administrator is to use their administrative skills to manage the nursing home and to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. However, there are two main responsibilities that I look forward to in my dream job. Moreover, I look forward to the responsibility of coming up with innovative and creative ways of ensuring that the facility maintains occupancy rates by responding to the unique needs of each resident.
The degree of healthcare administration did prepare me for the above managerial and leadership role. For instance, the coursework provides knowledge in the areas of nutrition, which ensures that I can offer guidance to staff with regard to nutritional requirements. The coursework...

I also look forward to taking up a role as a volunteer in a nearby nursing home. Through this experience, I hope to interact with staff at the…

Healthcare Administration The family is the earliest source of an individual's moral beliefs and principles (Dunn & Woodard, 2003). Essentially, children are not born with a set of moral principles -- they acquire a sense of what is wrong/right by observing how others react to their behavior. As a child, for instance, I was forbidden, right from my formative years, from taking something that belonged to someone else without their consent.
Healthcare Administration In a perfectly competitive market, the following will occur in response to different changes in the market. A decrease in the wage of clinic-based nurses will cause a reduction in the cost for nurses. This will result in a decline in the price of physician services, because the price decrease is going to be passed onto the consumer. The output of physician services will not change as the cost declines,
