Communication is one of the essential components to the professionals and organizations in the context of business management. This is because of the critical role of the communication skills in enhancing success and growth of the organization. In the execution of this research, the focus will be on the business communication components.
Organizational Business Communication
Most business educators think that they know readiness of their students in the context of employment opportunity, but in reality, there is little information on how the students would perform with reference to the expectations and requirements (Shrivastava p. 56). One of the essential components that hinder proper grooming of the student for the purposes of full-time employment is lack of direct feedback from the industry.
