The current situation at North Miami Beach Senior High School involves less academic progress, which continues to affect student achievement. (Great Schools, 2021). As a result, the school needs to redesign its current community involvement program to help address this issue. The proposed program is an improvement of the current PTSA NMB initiative, which has continued to play an important role in improving student achievement at the school. The vision of the proposed partnership is to enhance students year-over-year academic achievement and college readiness.
