In the view that the word communication has many definitions, this leaves us with no alternative but to bring two on board whereby one of this being barter of feelings, messages or even information as by vocalizations, signals, inscription or even deeds another one being the ability and modus operandi by means of language efficiently to pass on information or thoughts and ideas to the other party. Communication comes with a bigger package than just maintenance of those people surrounding you and even workers efficiently as per the happenings around them and even in the company or in the organization.

With the fact that Communication has become resourcefully exchange of connotation or understanding, in deed it does relate to both official and casual level of communication across the organization and non-in the organization is exempted from the responsibility and effectiveness of their communication more so to the managers or the leaders
