…particularly attracting a lot of attention from the staff. It was interesting obtaining information about when to report medication errors, who is to report, and the benefits of reporting such errors. The main challenge faced this week was time limitations. The initial plan was to complete the topic by the end of the week, but this was not possible given the many follow-up questions and concerns arising from the staff on the topic, which forced the trainers to spend a bit more time to attain a common understanding. However, this was well-explained to the staff and it was agreed that we would have to sacrifice more hours in week 9 to complete the training as scheduled. I managed to hold a meeting with the project mentor to discuss my proposed data analysis and evaluation plan, which they approved. The process of evaluation will begin in week 9 when the training is completed.
