One of the areas of modification with respect thisfield include the practice of system analysis which can now be practically accomplished in a virtual environment. Better decision making in business environments is such an important aspect that the requirement of a business analysis in any organization, worth its salt cannot be undermined (O'loughlin, 2010).To make matters better, such undertakings can be accomplished within remote settings. In the Business System Analysis Profession, tasks can be managed and accomplished effectively in a virtual environment. Additional, there exists specific tools indispensable in facilitating proper functions in such a position virtually. There are also new tools which would make performance in such a position more efficient. Moreover, Business Systems Analysts virtually manage significant aspects of information technology functions for instance, planning, functions and processing just to mention a few. All these features can be accomplished appropriately in a virtual environment considering the computing capabilities in the contemporary world.

Business analysts within the organizations play the role of facilitating the relationship between programmers other Information Technology Practitioners and business persons. These functions, the Business Analyst can accomplish either working adjacent to the business entity he/she works under or in a virtual environment. Virtually, the use of cloud computing methods can be effective for the analyst. Considering the varied needs of hardware and software's associated with Business System Analysis. Such a profession can access the elements in a remote manner with this capability (Mckenna, 2012). Virtual computing will allow the analyst to access software applications and processes which they need in fulfilling the business decision making needs of the organization. Using virtual computing means, business systems analyst professionals are able to gain access to a variety of features by use of wireless or network servers. Virtual computing will offer the analysts with the likes of storage capacities, memory, software, operating systems, back up, system management and monitoring tools and automate troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities among other things.
