The Biz online shall also have a group of sales representative based in the office. These sales representatives shall be tasked with outsourcing potential clients' telephone number and calling them. However, we intends to sale most of our services through online. Every client who would like to buy any of our services could simply login on our system and make payment through their Visa cards. Finally, Biz online intends to have a sales desk in the office as its long time objectives, to listen to clients, call clients and solve their query amicable.

2.6. Promotion

The Biz online intends to minimize its expenditure it uses for promotion and advertisement. Therefore, it plans to use mostly free mode of publicity and few paid media advertisement. We shall use facebook, twitter and LinkedIn for free publicity. However, it shall make some paid advertisement and promotion on facebook and yahoo search engine.

2.6.1. Media

The company shall use both electronic and print media as away of reaching the market. It intends to have two advertisements per month, on the local New York Times with a clear description of our services and location. Besides, advertisement, the Biz online shall have at least two advertisements on the local TV cable.

2.6.2. Social Networking

Since social networking has become giant of publicity competition. The Biz online wouldn't be left out, but would thumb its presence by creating facebook, twitter and LinkedIn accounts. These accounts shall be created with special interest, not only to interact with our already fetched customers....

These accounts would be maintained and get updated periodically, to the public on up-to-date on happenings within the company relations to its services.

Organization Structure

The company shall have five virtual employees responsible for running daily activities of the company. We shall have Executive Director who will be the online permanent employees. he/she will be responsible for daily operations and the finally decision maker when it come to the management of the company. There shall be Marketing strategies who will work online at his/her place. he/she will be responsible for layout strategies for potential clients, identify the market and reach out to the clients. The company shall have an administration Assistant. The administrative assistant will be responsible for keeping and safeguarding the company documents.

I would choose the industry wince marketing is a very up coming industry with many firms both local and international trying to reach the market and sale their goods and services. However, in New York there are several small businesses which would want to reach the market.

After the reach is completing I would enter the industry and compete with the rest of firms. Therefore, my first strategy would be to great market base with regional firms and then expand to the entire United States.
