In the work life of a lot of people the influence of boss has been quite large. The irritability while the failure to admit any better work can make for an unlikable workplace. In case you have a sense of challenging them straightaway, it is crucial to be firm at the time of this meeting but not aggressive. Maintain eye contact and in case they utter anything out of place ask them to repeat it as this might force them to ponder what they are speaking. In case this meeting does become successful to give anything but a negative reply from your boss, in that case Jones recommends evaluating and finding out the state of affairs and recording everything what has happened which would serve as a back-up for the case. It has to be ensured that the date, time, the incidents what has happened, the people involved, including witnesses if any, since these would give the all important proof in case the case gets listed for the employment tribunal.
