Ways of Addressing the problem of low graduation rates among black (non-Hispanic) students at Glendale Community College

This questionnaire collects data for a study seeking to address the problem of low graduation rates among black (non-Hispanic) students at Glendale Community College. The questionnaire is made up of ten open-ended questions and will take approximately one hour to complete. You will receive the online questionnaire in your email via a Google Forms link, and you will be required to complete the same and submit your responses by 30th June 2022. To submit, click the Submit button at the end of your survey, after which you will receive an auto-generated acknowledgement. Please submit your responses only once.
