It would be prudent for me to shift a larger portion of my marketing division promotional budget to digital marketing. However, when marketers engage in digital marketing strategies, the outcome becomes excellent. Digital marketing is a marketing initiative leveraging the internet and online media through computers. With marketing simulation, it is easy to incorporate appropriate strategies virtually and, through that, be able to save on expenses and reduce any risks associated with experimentation. Thus, the potential digital marketing strategies applicable include the use of Social media marketing platforms, influencer marketing, and email marketing (Morgan et al., 2019). Others include; content marketing, search engine optimization, and pay-per-click (PPC).

First, social media tools provide the most reliable platforms for digital marketing activities. For example, Facebook has a great cloud of users who become the audience for the information that I would share. Besides, it provides a quick medium for passing information to many people within a short time. For instance, many users have eight social media accounts, with each user spending an average of 3 hours per day online (Jasmani & Sunarsi, 2020). In brief, social media is the best digital marketing strategy since it is also less costly and great time-saving.

Additionally, I will use content marketing which will make my marketing division more proactive while responding to the questions from users. It has three stages: the awareness stage, in which the buyer identifies their need. Subsequently, the consideration stage ensues in which my buyers would take the right course of action to satisfy the need (Sugiono et al., 2021). Finally, the buyer settles on purchasing the product in the decision-making stage.

Another strategy that I will use is email marketing. That is because it will help me connect with customers and prospects in which I will be sending them customized newsletters and offers going buy their shopping trends. Notably, more than half of consumers confess that emails greatly influence their decisions to make purchases.

Subsequently, I will incorporate customer feedback techniques to help understand the applicability of the digital plan. It is practical to monitor the customer behavior and adjust the objectives accordingly to meet their needs(Kaveh et al.,2020). Also, in an office setup, CCTV cameras could effectively ensure that every marketer is up to shifting the plan from the traditional means to the digital marketing means.

In a nutshell, digital marketing strategies form an effective marketing plan that helps increase sales and make a comprehensive and robust network of customers. It allows easier reach to a big market within a short time. Also, many online platforms, such as social media, are cheap and do not require a lot of finances to run.
