The students have been personally encouraged by the students to apply as soon as possible for early registration to the Texas Medical and Dental Schools Application Service. The applicants are therefore required to share their academic achievement, supported by documentary evidence, 'grade point average and the Dental Admission Test are the primary factors used in this evaluation' (Information, 2007). The applicants are therefore urged to focus on their grade point average scores, and should ensure above average scores in relevant contents of the Dentistry Admission Test. The applicants are encouraged to give sufficient concentration to the information shared through application forms, attached with the personal statement, which is aimed at better understanding of the applicants. The applicants who have previously participated in different activities are preferred, because their participation is the reflection of their conviction towards improvement of 'manual dexterity and imaginative, creative ability' (Information, 2007). The applicants who have previously volunteered at community centers are preferred, the skills, abilities and attitudes of the applicant is desired. The applicants from Texas are required to pay the tuition fees of $2,700 on semester basis, whereas the non-Texas applicants have to pay an amount of $8,100 towards their tuition fees. The college offer loan and scholarship opportunities to the students, and the assistance to provide on need basis which have to be supported by relevant documents.
