The author of the selected article has presented scrutiny of professional development of the educators on students learning outcomes using two renowned human development theories (Eun, 2019). Social cognitive and socio-cultural theories have been selected to form a relationship between professional development and improved classroom instructional gains. The mechanism of human development theories was linked to classroom advances so that valuable planning steps were involved in the process, and the factors could be evaluated closely. The author found that education has been evolving on various spectra in the contemporary world where these theories do not provide enough argument for professional development. Weak students, quick-learners, and students who speak diverse languages have to be supported in various ways for better student outcomes.

…This would help bring instructional efficacy and convenient translation of knowledge into practice. I would apply my daily professional development experiences to the planning stages of student learning cycles daily, either in classroom instructions or assessments, to consider their individual needs before meeting my personal or professional expectations. Also, ongoing research for knowing what is new in the teaching field, especially amalgamation of educational technology, would be a helpful attribute that I would want to teach in my practice for personal and professional growth alongside student learning. Effective implementation is the key to naturally enhanced professional development success once student learning goals are fulfilled.
