One of the strong suits or most clear points of the video lecture is that if work experience is done well, it can shape and fashion the developing sense of self for any person. Darryl is keen on pointing out that at the present, most people do not do work experience, as it should be at all. One of the clear points delineated is that the adolescence stage is one that encompasses identity, in that individuals ought to find out who they are and what their strengths are.
