You are more likely to receive grants if you can write good proposals that provide a holistic description of the programs you run in your organization. However, it should be noted that you may have great writing skills, but fail in the overall design of the programs. Similarly, if the program is well designed but the proposal is written poorly, the chances of securing funding diminish.
