Analysis Of My Management Philosophy Essay

Management philosophy refers to an individual's opinion regarding to the best management practice. In other words, a management philosophy is the best strategy to communicate the work ethics to organizational employee, which can serve as a mission statement to serve as a guideline to perform management duties. My management philosophy is to provide guideline, leadership, direction, as well as delivering a good example to the subordinates. In other words, my management philosophy is to design an environment that will assist me to lead employee productively. I have been able to achieve productivity from the employee through conflict management, provide encouragement to low performing employees, as well as rewarding a strong performer among employee. The objective of this paper is to discuss my management philosophy.

My management Philosophy

My management philosophy is to set a good example to influence other employee's to work diligently through decision making, planning, organizing, leading, controlling and good staffing. I believe in using effective leadership style to lead organization. My leadership style is to collaborate with subordinates to enhance employee productivity, create vision for employee through executing, and inspiration . Moreover, my management philosophy is to motivate employee by boosting employee morale to enhance job performances.

Moreover, my philosophy is to provide a good example for employee by treating them the method I like to be treated. More importantly, my formal process is to listen to employees in order to solve their problems formally and informally Typically, I play a critical role in solving problems by treating employee with respects. As a good leader, I believe in enhancing effective communication with employees, and my philosophy is to listen to the employees in order to solve their problems. It is essential to realize that communicating with employee is very critical in other to listen to their concern and solve their problems trough effective management.

I also believe in setting out a strategic planning for organization in order to set priorities, strengthen organizational operations, focus on energy and resources to ensure that employees as well as other stakeholders achieve organizational productivity. Moreover, my philosophy is to align and coordinate resources to achieve organizational growth. More importantly, I believe in completing different management functions that include planning, leading, organizing, controlling and staffing. Typically, organizing is the process where an organization meticulously designs and executes organizational goals. It is essential to realize that a suitable organization structure assist an organization to implement an effective operating procedure and achieving decision making process to achieve organizational goals.
Additionally, I believe that organizing process is to make managers determining how they will distribute organizational resources and employees based on the designated plan to achieve organizational goals. Moreover, I believe in identifying different roles and responsibilities as well assigning works to employees. I also believe in coordinating employees and mix them across all the departments to make them carrying out their jobs effectively. My management philosophy is to make all employees to aware of their responsibilities in order to avoid confusion, frustration and loss of efficiency. Moreover, I believe in guiding employees to carry out their roles and responsibilities efficiently.

I also believe that the primary challenge of management is to solve problems and create innovative planning for the organization. In essence, I believe in setting objectives by getting to know the environmental conditions facing the organization and forecast the future for the organization. Additionally, I believe in carrying out the environmental scanning by evaluating the economic, political, and social environments that an organization operates. More importantly, my objective is to identify course of actions to achieve objectives. I also believe in analyzing the competitive environments to assist in formulating the organizational objectives. Additionally, I believe in allocating human resources and developing organizational structure to accomplish organizational objectives.

More importantly, I believe in designing individual jobs within an organization. I also believe in making decisions to carry out the duties and responsibilities through organizing and coordinating an organization effectively. Organizing is to use the human resources to design individual jobs through division of labor as well as achieving specialization.

I also believe in effective leading to inspire the subordinates to achieve organizational productivity.
