Alternative Discipline in Federal Government The phrase "Alternative Discipline" (AD) is a newly characterized form of "Alternative Dispute Resolution," (ADR) found in the U.S. Federal Government. Discipline has been affixed in the United States of America's Federal Government through this facet. Alternative Discipline is immensely beneficial to the U.S. human resource management sectors. Alternative Discipline exists in various departments representing many departments as affixed in the state structure of growth and development. For instance, it covers all the departments as the U.S. agriculture sector, the U.S. army, the U.S. police, and all the other sectors of operation. With the introduction of Alternative Discipline, many benefits and efficiencies are will be experienced in the U.S. human resource management systems. The program offers credibility to the general workmanship of the state organizations, human interactions, and even non-government organizations (United States, 1999).

Alternative Discipline will be used to resolve effectively disputes, which are often rampant in many organizations. The program will enhance equitable elimination of workplace discipline actions when it is insignificant. With the lose look at the mannerism that Alternative Discipline will address, it is obviously an improvement of the past ADR in the federal government. The Federal Government has myriad problems, which often touch on the human resource interaction. The numerous activities, duties, and responsibilities, which have been assigned to varied identities bring out the innate problems, which have been an obstacle in the general processes of growth and development (United States, 2009).

Alternative Discipline is of immense benefits to the general performance of the Federal Government personnel. Alternative Discipline will ensure avoidance of increase costs of litigation appeals. For years, many people have been suffering from the increased costs of litigation appeals. With the introduction of Alternative Discipline, the costs will be made friendly...

Federal Government. This will create a breakthrough where citizens will be able to access additional services from the litigation appeal departments in the government (Wilkinson, 2009). These will also extent to low costs of grievances and complaints that have been conducted through the traditional discipline methods. With the introduction of Alternative Discipline, all wrong actions will be resolved within the point of happening (United States, 1995). In this case, the Federal Government will exist as an entity of freedom and efficiency to its people.
Under the traditional discipline, many employees were suffering within their immediate jobs. With the introduction of the agency, the services of any employee who might have faced exit will be retained by the agency. The productivity of the employee will not be lost as was the case with the use of the traditional method of discipline. When employee faces suspension due to various reasons, which involve their influence on the company or organization, the rest of the employees who will take up the roles of the suspended employee will experience compensation measures due to the overwork they are doing. In such a case, the compensatory measures will always be put under consideration. Furthermore, the employees will be comfortable with the work they are assigned or responsible to handle (Huerta et al., 2010). This is not a common phenomenon when it comes to the traditional method of discipline. The embrace of Alternative Discipline in the Federal Government will only introduce this.

Time management is a critical feature by the human resource management in any organization. Time management transcends every sector of production in the federal government.
