Only refereed journal articles are to be used for the Review of the Literature; Internet
sources may be used in the Statement of the Problem. Refereed refers to
research journals or professional journals where articles are peer reviewed by an

Overview: For this project you are to research a major countermeasure system(s) to reduce the vulnerability of a water/wastewater treatment plant, or a distribution/collection system. Your countermeasure system(s) must be designed to (a) deter, (b) detect, (c) delay, (d) devalue, and/or (e) defend a directed (non-random) attack.
